Cookie cutter rabbit with embossing, stainless steel

The stainless steel rabbit cookie cutter with embossing creates clean contours in biscuits, fondant and marzipan and makes it easier to decorate later. The shape is suitable for different types of dough as well as for decorations made from fondant and marzipan. Dust the dough lightly with flour before use and roll out to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm. Then cut out the motifs and bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at approx. 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as it holds the dough together. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing as you wish. The mould is also suitable for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the dough with baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cookie cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
