Silicone mold Bûche "Maya"
Your Christmas Bûche with pattern
Are you planning to bake the Christmas Bûche this year? Are you looking for a beautiful motif?
With the Maya silicone mold, you achieve a perfect and modern-shaped Bûche or cake. This dessert will be perfect for pampering your guests.
How the Maya relief is created
The heart of the set is the silicone mat with pattern effect: you place it in the hard plastic mold, fill in your mousse or cream, and let the Bûche set in the freezer. After unmolding, the surface shows an even, three-dimensional pattern that already looks festive without further decoration. You choose the second, smooth mat if you prefer a plain surface and would rather design the Bûche yourself with icing or applied decorative elements.
With a length of 25 cm and a volume of 1200 ml, you get a Bûche in a classic, elongated shape that can be cleanly sliced and makes a fine figure on the festive table. Please note: the hard plastic mold is intended for cold preparations and freezing down to -60°C, not for the oven. The two silicone mats, on the other hand, can be used from -60°C to +230°C and are therefore also baking-stable.
