Pink, silver and white Crispy Chocolate Pearls
The FunCakes Crispy Chocolate Pearls are crunchy Chocolate pearls with a cereal centre, coated in white, milk and dark chocolate. They serve as a decorative element and flavour accent for a wide variety of baked goods and desserts.
Properties & Application
Thanks to their crunchy cereal centre, the Crispy Pearls retain their texture even on soft surfaces such as Ganache, creams or ice cream. They are ideal as Sprinkle decor on cupcakes, brownies, cakes and desserts, as a cake-edge decoration, and embedded in cupcake swirls. The combination of three chocolate varieties provides a varied depth of flavour.
Versatile & range-compatible
The Crispy Pearls can be combined with other FunCakes decoration products and pair well with Ganache, Buttercream, Fondant and icing. Halal certified.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place at 12–20°C. After opening, seal well to preserve the crunchiness.
