Here are our tips on the different cannelé moulds.

Designed to make the famous Bordelais cannelés.

Different moulds are available in our online shop: silicone and semi-copper.

Silicone moulds are great for easy unmoulding.

More expensive, the copper moulds are our favourites!

Semi-copper moulds (iron coated with a thin layer of copper) are a great alternative for smaller budgets.

Thanks to copper and semi-copper moulds, cannelés will keep a perfect shape.

For effective unmoulding, it is essential to use a release spray or beeswax.
