What is an acetate roll?
We explain everything about these rolls.

Also known as an acetate roll.
Mainly used for making bavarian creams, strawberry cakes and cheesecakes to facilitate unmoulding.
Also used to create chocolate cake collars.
Different heights available in our online shop.
Simply make your cake base, cut the acetate roll to the desired size, insert it and add your preparation. Once your dessert has set well, you can remove the mould and then carefully remove the acetate roll to achieve a perfect cake collar.
