Can the Yule log mat go in the oven and dishwasher?
Yes. The Silikomart mats withstand -60 to +230 °C and are dishwasher safe; the Chablon Bûche mat is also microwave safe. So you can bake a sponge in the mould with the mat or freeze the finished log.
