With the right donut pan, baked donuts are easy to make and lighter than fried ones. Here you will find donut moulds in silicone and metal: mini donuts, classic donuts Ø 6.5 cm or Ø 7 cm, heart donuts, donut pops and trays for 6 or 12 oven donuts. There are also savarin moulds, a mini flower pan, two donut mixes and a cutter for donuts and bagels.
Tips for baked donuts
- Silicone: donuts release easily and the mould fits in any drawer. According to the manufacturer, the large Silikomart mould also works for rum babas and bagels.
- Non-stick metal: even browning and very stable, ideal for larger batches. Grease with butter or release spray before filling.
- Donut mix: for the ScrapCooking mix you only add eggs, butter and milk. 500 g of FunCakes mix makes about 16 regular or 32 small donuts, baked in the oven or fried.
- Savarin and flowers: the 4.1 cm or 7.2 cm savarin moulds make small ring cakes for soaking, for example with kirsch, and the flower pan makes playful little cakes for coffee time.

Frequently asked questions
How do I fill a donut mould neatly?
Pipe the batter in a ring with a piping bag and fill the cavities only about two thirds, so the hole in the middle stays open.
Can I make fried donuts with the mould?
No, the moulds are designed for oven donuts. For fried donuts, roll out the dough and cut it with the Ø 9 cm stainless steel cutter.
