What is the cutter suitable for? It is ideal for biscuits and cookies as well as for creative decorations on cakes, cupcakes or muffins. The clear contours always ensure a beautiful, even result. How is it used? Dust the work surface, dough and rolling pin lightly with flour. Depending on the desired consistency, roll out the dough thinly for crispy cookies or up to about 0.5 cm thick for softer varieties. A well-chilled dough - especially when using butter - makes it easier to cut out and ensures dimensionally stable results. If the dough is too sticky, it is advisable to chill it briefly. The bicycle cutter is also ideal for cutting out fondant or marzipan for decorative cake elements. Once baked and completely cooled, you can decorate the motifs with royal icing, sugar icing or chocolate as desired. Bake the cut-out shapes at around 200 °C until they are golden brown - and look forward to creative, homemade delicacies in an original bicycle shape.
