Roll out the dough as thinly as you wish or approx. 0.5 cm thick, flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold and cut out the contour cleanly. Thin pastry will be crispy, thicker pastry will be softer. Bake the shapes on baking paper in a preheated oven at approx. 200 °C until golden brown.
