This transparent food gloss spray will be perfect to make your pastries shine.
You can use it on several food: chocolates, sugar paste/marzipan... It will also protect against drought and humidity.
How to use it? All you have to do is put yourself at 25-30 cm, in a well-ventilated place and spray in a thin layer.
