Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter lightly with flour before use. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out the motifs. You can then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. After use, the biscuit cutter can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
