Lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape, roll out the dough and cut out the shapes; the embossing remains particularly visible when the dough is around 0.5 cm thick. With the heart-shaped cookie cutter, you can make cookies for any occasion and decorative elements for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. The heart-shaped cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use. Cold butter is recommended for kneading dough; if the dough becomes warm and sticky, chill for a short time.
