The stainless steel cutter measures 6.5 x 5 x 2.5 cm and is suitable for different types of dough, from sweet to savory. What is it ideal for? For number biscuits and as decoration on cakes, cupcakes or muffins. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, cut out the number 7 with the cutter and bake at 200 °C until golden brown; if rolled out thinner, the pastries will be crispier. Cold butter is ideal for pastry dough; if the dough becomes sticky, chill briefly. To decorate, apply royal icing or sugar icing to the completely cooled biscuits and color as desired with food coloring. The number 7 cookie cutter can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
