Pistachio marzipan 250 g
Marzipan with a high proportion of high-quality pistachio kernels impresses with its fresh, aromatic profile and is ideal for fine confectionery work. What is it suitable for? For classic pistachio pralines and cut pralines, but also for decorating cakes or for pure enjoyment. Pistachio marzipan offers a pleasant, natural pistachio note for these applications. How is it used? Roll out the mixture between two rolling pins to the desired thickness, spread a slightly firmer ganache as desired and chill the sheet. Then cut into pieces (using a knife or cutting harp), dip in dark couverture and decorate with a pistachio.
