Professional dough machine Alpha, green

This two-speed kneading machine mixes and kneads doughs evenly - from bread dough to creams. The hook and bowl rotate in opposite directions at different speeds, and the timer helps you find the optimum kneading time. The splash cover serves as a safety feature and must be closed to start; the hook and stainless steel bowl are dishwasher-safe. What is it suitable for? The Häussler Alpha 2G in green is suitable for the kitchen of ambitious amateur bakers as well as private households: for breads and small pastries. For making cakes, fillings and for whipping full cream and egg whites, you also need a whisk and beater paddle, which must be purchased separately. With the optional whisk paddle (with rubber lip), you can make sponge doughs, late doughs, swelling and scalded pieces, creams or shortcrust pastry; the whisk with paddle insert reliably catches both small and large quantities and whips them up airily. How much dough at once? The maximum quantity depends on the dough yield (TA): less than TA 160 = 0.5-2.25 kg dough; more than TA 160 = 0.5-5 kg. Example: TA 160 corresponds to 1 kg flour + 600 ml water, TA 140 corresponds to 1 kg flour + 400 ml water. To use, loosen the bowl with a quick turn to the right, add the ingredients and reinsert it with a turn to the left. Attach the dough hook, insert the handle, fold down the spray cover and start in first gear or select the time using the timer; to finish kneading, switch to gear 2 until the window test is successful. If necessary, the dough can be left in the bowl to proof. For maintenance, use adhesive grease for dough machines and food-safe grease for the mixing elements and the driver.
