With this ravioli mold, you can portion, shape and seal several ravioli in a single operation. This makes it particularly easy to create uniform ravioli with clean edges. The mould is ideal for homemade ravioli of a uniform size. The indentations help to place the filling neatly and seal the edges of the dough well. Roll out the pasta dough thinly and lightly flour the tin. Place the first sheet of dough on top, carefully press the dough into the indentations and fill the ravioli. Moisten the edges lightly, place a second sheet of dough on top and roll over it vigorously with a rolling pin. You can then remove the ravioli from the tin and place on a floured kitchen towel until ready to cook. Leftover dough can simply be kneaded and rolled out again.
