Description
Funcakes fondant is extremely flexible, malleable and easy to process due to its fine texture. The fondant is very soft and hardens after processing. The fondant is snow white and has a delicious vanilla flavor but Funcakes Rolled Fondant is also available in many different colors. Dare to make a cake as beautiful as a snow day.
You can add up to 1 heaping teaspoon of Tylose per 250 g of fondant to create a decoration to your taste.
To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 7 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant. Knead the fondant well before use and spread it on a thin layer of Crisco. For other diameters or shapes, please see our table below.
