The white fondant has a marshmallow flavor. Perfect for covering a cake and for cutting out shapes.
Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of baking starch.
You can also use the fondant for modeling or to create different shapes and designs.
To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you need about 500 g of fondant.
