A soft fondant for a perfect finish
The fondant from FunCakes is extremely flexible, malleable and easy to work with thanks to its fine texture, which hardens after processing. This fondant is gray and has a delicious vanilla flavor. You can also find FunCakes fondant in many other colors, so you can let your imagination run wild when making a wide variety of cakes.
To decorate your cake, you can add up to 1 heaped teaspoon of Tylose per 250 g of fondant.
To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 7 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant. Knead the fondant well before use and roll out on a thin layer of Crisco. For other diameters or shapes, you can use our table below as a guide.
