The FunCakes sugarpaste with vanilla flavour is known for its exceptional flexibility and ease of use. It’s very elastic, making it perfect for covering cakes without cracks. Once applied, it sets nicely while maintaining a smooth finish.

The Spring Green shade is ideal for recreating football field grass, whether you’re covering the entire cake or just adding decorative touches.

To cover a rectangular cake of 23 x 33 cm and 5 cm high, you’ll need about 1100 g of sugarpaste. Make sure to knead the paste well before use, then roll it out on a thin layer of Crisco for a clean result. For other shapes and sizes, refer to our guide chart (only in French or German).

If you plan to make modelling decorations, add 1 heaped teaspoon of tylose to 250 g of sugarpaste for extra firmness and structure.
