The puree consists of 90% freshly processed cassis berries and is harmoniously rounded off with 10% of the finest cane sugar. To ensure that the puree retains its intense aroma and outstanding quality all year round, it is only shipped frozen. Please note that orders received on Friday can only be dispatched on Monday due to the continuous cold chain.
