3D chocolate mold Wolly the sheep, 6 pieces

With the 3D Wolly sheep chocolate mold, you can make creative Easter figures that are perfect as Easter gifts for young and old or as beautiful decorations for the table. The chocolate mold can be used repeatedly for casting chocolate figures. The chocolate mold is supplied with clamps to hold it securely in place. Before use, clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid. Then dry well and polish with lint-free absorbent cotton. After cleaning, only touch the edge of the mold. Use high-quality, tempered couverture for the chocolate figure. Make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for decorating the figure. White can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, beige is made from 1/3 milk and 2/3 white couverture. Paint from the outside in. Allow the first coat to set briefly. Then brush out the mold completely. Avoid air bubbles by removing the excess with the metal horn. Finally, put the two halves together and fill them with couverture. After pouring, tap out the excess chocolate so that it can run out. Leave the chocolate figure to cool briefly, spread the base with couverture on a sheet of baking paper and place the figure on top. Leave the chocolate figure to cool again. After cooling, you can carefully remove the chocolate figure from the mold. If desired, the figure can be decorated with fondant or sugar decorations.
