The 3D chick chocolate mold allows you to make four stylish 3D Easter chicks in one go. Ideal for decorating, giving as a gift and as an addition to the Easter basket. You can use this chocolate mould to create individual designs with coloured cocoa butter or tempered couverture. White couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors (for beige, mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture) How to use it? Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent before use. Do not use any lye or rinse aid. Dry the chocolate mold after washing. The inner surface must not be touched. Hold the mold by the edge and polish it with lint-free absorbent cotton or a fine cloth. Only use high-quality, tempered couverture and make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Paint the chocolate mold from the outside in. Allow the first coat to set briefly and turn the mold occasionally to check the result. Use a brush, sponge or gloves when applying patterns to the chocolate mold with your fingers. Once you have decorated the chocolate mold as desired, you can brush the mold with the desired couverture. Remove any excess chocolate with the metal horn. First fill one half of the mold and then close the two halves with the fitted metal handles. Slowly rotate the mold in all directions for 2-3 minutes and leave the chocolate to cool for about 20 minutes. Then carefully remove the figure from the mold. Finally, you can decorate the figure with fondant or sugar decorations as desired. The 3D chick chocolate mold can be used several times.
