Chocolate mold bunny with turnip

The chocolate mould bunny with turnip is perfect for the Easter season and allows you to create beautiful, detailed chocolate Easter bunnies in true confectionery quality. With its robust polycarbonate, it ensures clear contours, shiny surfaces and a perfect wall thickness - ideal for lovingly designed Easter gifts, filled Easter nests or artistic highlights on the Easter buffet. Before you cast your Easter bunny, clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without using lye or shine enhancer. Dry it carefully and polish it with non-fraying absorbent cotton so that the finished bunny shines beautifully. Then only touch the edges of the mold and allow it to reach room temperature - this will make your chocolate Easter bunny flawless. For a perfect result, temper the couverture in three steps: melt, cool and reheat slightly. A chocolate thermometer will help you to precisely control the ideal temperatures. When making up your Easter bunny, add fine details such as eyes or snout with dark couverture in a glassine cornet. Paint larger areas - such as the fresh, colored carrot - with a brush. If you would like to color your chocolate Easter bunny, white couverture can be wonderfully colored with fat-soluble powder paint. Always work clean, dry and grease-free and allow each layer to set completely. Once the decoration is complete, brush the entire mold with tempered couverture. Gently tap to release any air bubbles and clean up the edges with the metal horn. Then join the mold halves together - the clamps provided hold them securely in position. Now fill the mold completely, tap it again, turn it over and pour out any excess couverture. If the wall thickness is still too thin, repeat the process. Then wipe off the drops and cool the mold for 5-10 minutes. For a stable finish, place some couverture on baking paper and press the base of the figure into it. After a further 5-10 minutes, remove the clamps and chill again until the bunny can be easily unmolded - about 30 minutes in total. Your chocolate Easter bunny with turnip is then carefully unmolded and can be decorated or packaged as desired. The chocolate mould bunny with turnip is ideal for colorful, lovingly designed Easter figures and brings all the magic of chocolate Easter into your kitchen. Thanks to the high-quality polycarbonate, the figurines are particularly easy to shape and shine like something from a confectionery - perfect for delighting young and old alike. Create your own chocolate Easter bunny with turnip: rich in detail, radiant and full of Easter joy.
