The Hasi the bunny cutter is perfect for different types of dough and for decorations made from fondant or marzipan for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. Before using, make sure that the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter are lightly dusted with flour. Bake the cut-out biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until they are golden brown. It is advisable to use cold butter for a stable dough. If the dough is too sticky or too warm, put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Once it has cooled, you can decorate the biscuits with royal icing. Prepare the mix as described on the packaging. To ensure that the icing is not just white, you can color it with ProGel colors. Divide the icing into as many bowls as you need colors. One dab of ProGel is enough to achieve an intense color. Apply the royal icing to the cooled biscuits with a brush and decorate with sprinkles as desired. Then place the biscuits in a dry place until they are firm. The cutter is also suitable for decorating cakes with fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutter can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
