Pastries taste even better with the egg cookie cutter. The cutter is made from robust stainless steel and measures 7 cm × 5.9 cm × 2 cm. It is perfect for different types of dough, fondant or marzipan as well as for cakes, cupcakes or muffins. Before use, make sure that the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter are lightly dusted with flour so that the dough does not tear during processing. Bake your biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable biscuit dough, we recommend using cold butter so that the cut-out shapes can be lifted onto the baking tray more easily. If the dough becomes too warm or sticky, chill it briefly in the fridge. The cutter can also be used to make decorations from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the fondant or marzipan with a rolling pin and some baking starch and then cut out the motifs. After use, the cutter can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher and is ready for use again in no time at all.
