Hollow dark liqueur balls Ø 26 mm, 63 pieces
The hollow liqueur balls have an extra small filling hole and are ideal for filling with fine liqueur or classic praline filling. What are they suitable for? For elegantly filled liqueur pralines, which you then close and decorate neatly. How are they used? Fill the hollow molds with a piping bag to about 3 mm below the edge, add a little tempered couverture to the opening to seal it and briefly tap or shake the molds so that the chocolate is evenly distributed. Then coat and decorate: for example, roll in roasted hazelnuts, chocolate shavings or edible paper sprinkles; draw lines with white couverture or shape the typical hedgehog spikes using a stamping fork.
