Mini Schoko Crispy Pearls
Versatile for decorating
These crispy mini chocolate pearls from FunCakes are ideal for decorating desserts, brownies, cupcakes, cakes and more! The pack contains dark, white and milk chocolate crispy pearls.
How to use the crispy pearls
Sprinkle the mini crispy pearls directly onto freshly iced cupcakes, onto the still soft chocolate glaze of a cake, or onto a ganache before it has set. This way the pearls adhere reliably and stay in place. On brownies, mousse, glace coupes or a yoghurt dessert they also add a crunchy accent that pairs well with creamy components.
For a drip cake, place the pearls deliberately along the edge or as a small mound on the cake, for example in combination with fruit, macarons or further chocolate decoration. Since the pack combines three types of chocolate, you have different shades in one package at hand and can decide, depending on the dessert, whether you want dark, light or mixed accents.
Storage
Store the crispy pearls at a temperature of 12 to 20 °C.
A few crispy pearls are enough, and a simple dessert becomes a small work of art that delights from the very first bite.
