Gold Metallic Crispy Chocolate Pearls
The FunCakes Crispy Chocolate Pearls are crispy chocolate pearls with a cereal core, coated in white, Milk chocolate and dark chocolate. They are ideal as a decorative element and flavour accent for a wide variety of baked goods and desserts.
Properties & Application
Thanks to their crispy cereal core, the Crispy Pearls retain their texture even on soft surfaces such as Ganache, creams or ice cream. They are suitable as a scatter decoration on cupcakes, brownies, cakes and desserts, as a cake-side decoration, and embedded in cupcake swirls. The blend of three types of chocolate provides an enjoyably varied depth of flavour.
Versatile & Range-Compatible
The Crispy Pearls can be combined with other FunCakes decoration products and pair beautifully with Ganache, Buttercream, Fondant and icings. Halal certified.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at 12–20°C. After opening, reseal well to preserve the crunchiness.
