Silicone mold chocolate bars, 12 pieces

With the chocolate bar silicone mold, you can easily make modern desserts, mousses and patisserie creations yourself. The mold is ideal for elegant and professional results. These silicone molds are particularly popular for modern single portions, mousse desserts, entremets and frozen creations. Thanks to the flexible material, the finished desserts can be removed cleanly from the mold. Depending on the recipe, the mold is suitable for baking, chilling, freezing or deep-freezing. This allows you to create versatile dessert ideas with a beautiful surface and clear shape. Clean the mould with lukewarm water and a mild washing-up liquid before first use. Then dry it completely. Always place the mould on a stable tray or solid surface before filling. Fill the mixture evenly and smooth the surface cleanly. For mousse and dessert molds, it is important that the products are completely cooled or frozen before they are removed. Typical errors are caused by demoulding too early, fillings that are too soft or unevenly filled masses. If you fill the mould cleanly and allow the dessert to cool completely or freeze, it will be much easier to unmould. With this silicone mould, you can create modern desserts and fine patisserie creations particularly easily. You can create elegant and impressive dessert ideas with little effort.
