Tips for use
Shake the colour well before use and spray in several thin layers rather than one thick one – this helps you avoid drips and blotches. You will get particularly even results on sugarpaste and well-chilled buttercream. Stencils also let you spray on patterns and motifs. Clean the airbrush thoroughly with water after every colour change and after use. It is a good idea to test new colours on a piece of baking paper first.
For chocolate and pralines, however, you need fat-soluble cocoa butter colours, which you will find under Coloured cocoa butter.
