Mix for Waffles - 1kg

Do you want to make waffles but do not have time to do everything from A to Z?

If you want to make delicious waffles in just a few minutes, here is the waffle mix containing 1 kg of preparation, which will allow you to obtain about 30 waffles (depending on the size of your waffle maker).

You will only need to add eggs, butter, water and possibly pearl sugar to the mix to get a taste of Belgium in your mouth without even leaving your living room :)

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Use a food processor with dough hooks, mix for 3-4 minutes, 500 g of mixture, 150 g of butter (cream), 175 ml of water and 1 egg (50 g) to obtain a smooth dough. Mix 200 g of pearl sugar with 20 g of slightly melted butter (cream). Mix for about 30 seconds. Preheat your waffle maker and grease the baking grids with release spray. Bake the waffles for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. If you wish, you can add whipped cream or fresh fruit before eating.
