Viking ship cookie cutter

The Viking ship cookie cutter made of robust stainless steel brings Nordic seafaring adventures to your cookie plate. The striking motif with its characteristic sail and dragon head bow is the ideal companion for Viking-themed parties, pirate-themed children's birthday parties and maritime occasions. The mould is suitable for classic butter biscuits, Milanese biscuits, gingerbread and pointed biscuits as well as for fondant, marzipan and flower paste. The Viking ship looks particularly beautiful for children's parties with an adventure theme, as a topper on cupcakes, cake pops and muffins or as the main motif for birthday cakes. The cutter can also be used for aperitifs and themed buffets. Cheese slices, sausage leaves or puff pastry flakes can be turned into impressive ship's canapés that add a particularly original touch to pirate and Viking buffets. For a clean result, dust the work surface, hands and mould with baker's starch. Baker's starch is finer than flour, slips better and leaves no white marks on the biscuits. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the ships and carefully lift the motifs onto the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the preheated oven until the biscuits are golden brown. Refer to your recipe for the exact temperature and time. Two classic problems can be easily avoided. Sticky dough is almost always too warm, a short cooling phase makes it manageable again. And kneaded dough only works with really cold butter. When rolling out the dough, make sure it is evenly thick, too thin means it is prone to breaking, too thick washes out the contours. After cooling, decorate the Viking ships with royal icing in shades of brown for the hull, red and white for striped sails and silver for shields on the edge of the boat. Wood grain and planks can be traced with fine cornet. The stainless steel cutter is dishwasher-safe and will last a long time. An adventurous helper for children's birthday parties and themed baking fun.
