With the small sailing ship cutter, you can conjure up maritime biscuits and decorations made from fondant or marzipan in no time at all. Cold butter is recommended for kneading dough, as it holds the dough together. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes if it becomes too sticky or too warm. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour before use. Cut out the motifs, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing, icing or chocolate. After use, the cutter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
