The small unicorn cutter with ejector is ideal for classic cookie dough, sweet and savory dough as well as for decorations made from fondant and marzipan. Measuring 7 × 5.5 × 4.5 cm, it is ideal for cookies, cupcake toppers or small cake motifs. The cutter has an internal embossing that cuts out the contours directly. The cutter ensures clean release and clear contours, so that less decoration is required and royal icing can be placed directly into the indentations. Dust the work surface, dough roller and cutter lightly with flour before rolling out the dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm. Then press the embossing button once or twice and place the cut-out biscuits on the baking tray. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. The plastic cutter is dishwasher-safe and can be used again quickly after cleaning.
