The white piping bag holder with a diameter of 19.5 cm is an unspectacular but extremely useful helper. It holds the piping bag securely upright so that you have your hands free to fill, spatulate and scrape off the mixture. The holder can be used for a wide range of applications: when filling with buttercream, whipped cream, royal icing, ganache, chocolate cream, cream cheese toppings or choux pastry, the holder provides reliable service. It is also practical for briefly setting down filled bags during multi-stage decorating work. To use, place the holder on the work surface and insert the piping bag with the edge folded over.
