Silikomart velvet sprays purple
Give your beautiful and delicious desserts a sophisticated velvet effect with Velvet Spray for a change from the classic mirror glaze. Whether desserts, mousses or ice cream, with Velvet Spray you can achieve a velvety, modern finish with a professional look. It is important that your baked goods are completely frozen before you apply the spray, otherwise the characteristic velvet effect will not form optimally.
For professional use only. If the spray is too cold, the contents will not be ejected evenly and the desired velvet effect will be uneven. Allow the spray can to warm up in lukewarm water (max. 35 °C) for a few minutes before use. Make sure that you do not store the spray above 35 °C or below 25 °C. Impressive color gradients and individual effects can be achieved in combination with other velvet sprays. The use of stencils also opens up countless creative design options for unique decorations.
