Our mandarin puree 1 kg (deep-frozen) brings the fruity, fresh taste of sun-ripened mandarins straight into your kitchen. With its bright orange color and the harmonious interplay of fine sweetness and delicate citrus notes, it is perfect for refining cakes, pralines, ice creams, mousses, sorbets, smoothies and many other delicacies in a natural way. It adds a light, refreshing fruity note to any creation, reminiscent of winter sunshine, holidays and aromatic moments of indulgence. The puree consists of 90% freshly processed mandarins and is gently rounded off with 10% of the finest cane sugar. The 1 kg pack can be optimally portioned so that you can take exactly the amount you need at any time - without any loss of quality or effort. To preserve the fresh aroma and high quality all year round, the mandarin puree is only shipped frozen. Please note that orders received on Friday can only be dispatched on Monday due to the continuous cold chain.
