The pineapple cutter makes it easy to create summery biscuits and fondant or marzipan decorations. The robust stainless steel shape has a fine embossing that makes each motif particularly detailed. With the pineapple cutter, you can create detailed pieces for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. The shape can be used for different types of dough, whether savory or sweet, and the embossing provides contours so that subsequent decorating with royal icing is easier. The Städter cutter measures 9 x 5 x 2 cm and embosses the typical pineapple details directly when cutting out. Roll out the dough thinly. For clear and distinct embossing, we recommend rolling out the dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm. Flour your work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter, carefully loosen the biscuits and bake at around 200 °C until golden brown. For decorations, roll out the fondant or marzipan and cut out the motifs. The cutters are dishwasher-safe and therefore quickly ready for use again.
