Description
Here is an indispensable tool for a magnificient rendering: the fondant smoother.
Once your fondant is placed on your cake (to be worked on or already rolled), you will just have to pass this smoother over the whole surface to have a whaou effect, as you can see everywhere :)
Thanks to this plastic utensil, you can avoid any manual contact that would heat up your fondant and spoil the work already done.
This smoother is composed of 3 angles: a right angle, a rounded and a curved one.
When you spread ganache on your next cakes, use these two 18 cm ganache discs for ease of use.
