Spitzbuben cookie cutter set, 4 pieces
The 4-piece Linzer cookie cutter set made of stainless steel is a precise tool for filled cookies with clean motif cut-outs. Each shape is double-sided with two cutting edges: one side cuts out the outer ring, the other the motif in the centre of the lid. By simply turning the cutter, both parts of the Linzer cookie are created with a single cookie cutter.
Features & scope of delivery
The set contains four cookie cutters made of stainless steel: Christmas tree, heart, star and gingerbread man. All shapes are double-sided with two cutting edges for outer ring and motif. The cookie cutters are suitable for shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, sugar dough and homemade cookie dough. Well-chilled, firm dough is recommended for precise results.
Application
Roll out the dough and use the first cutting edge to cut out the outer ring. Turn the cutter and use the second cutting edge to cut the motif out of the lid. Bake the cookies, let them cool, fill the bases and place the lids on top. Thanks to the double-sided design, the outer ring and motif are precisely matched to each other.
Storage
After use, wash and store dry. The stainless steel cookie cutters are robust and durable.
