Snowman chocolate mold polycarbonate casting mold

With this mold, you can create an enchanting chocolate snowman in no time at all - perfect as a festive gift, winter table decoration or as a lovely addition to Christmas figures such as Santa Claus, stars and Christmas baubles. The cheerful snowman is guaranteed to bring a wintry mood and joy to any chocolate creation. Before casting, carefully clean the chocolate mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Then hold the mold by the edges only and polish it with non-fluffy absorbent cotton so that the finished snowman shines beautifully. Only use well-tempered couverture, as chocolate must never come into contact with water. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for make-up; white couverture can also be colored with fat-soluble powder dyes - ideal for accessories such as scarves, hats or buttons. Work from the outside in and apply the layers of color directly into the mold using a fine brush, sponge or gloves. Allow the paint to set slightly in between and turn the mold over to check the result at any time. Then coat the entire mold with couverture so that there are no air bubbles. Clean the edges with a metal horn, place the two halves of the mold together precisely and secure them with the clamps provided. Fill the mold completely with couverture and gently tap the edges to release the last air bubbles. Allow any excess chocolate to run out and repeat the process if necessary to achieve a thicker wall. Remove any excess drops and chill the mold for 2-5 minutes. Spread some couverture on baking paper and carefully press the slightly chilled mold into it. After a further 10-15 minutes cooling time, remove the clamps, cool again briefly and carefully remove the snowman from the mold. You can then decorate it as desired with fondant, sugar decorations, glitter or additional chocolate elements and wrap it in festive packaging. With the snowman chocolate mould, you can create a detailed, wintry figure that looks particularly lively thanks to the different couverture colors - a sweet highlight for the Advent and Christmas season.
