With this robust polycarbonate mold, you can cast a winter chocolate figure with clear contours and fine details. What is the mold suitable for? For homemade gifts for young and old as well as creative Advent projects. The chocolate mould shows Santa Claus on the move - ideal for individual color designs with dyed cocoa butter or tempered couverture. How is it used? Clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, dry thoroughly and polish with non-fraying absorbent cotton; then hold only by the edges. Use high-quality, correctly tempered couverture and make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. After making up, brush out the mold, fix the halves with the clips provided, fill, release air bubbles by tapping, allow excess couverture to run out and chill for 2-5 minutes. Leave the base to set on baking paper, chill for a further 10-15 minutes, carefully unmold and decorate with fondant or sugar decorations as desired. Properly cared for, the chocolate Santa Claus on a snowboard mold will last for hundreds of uses.
