If you are looking for concentrated colorants, you have found exactly what you need with the Progel gel colours. With these Food coloring products you can create a colour gradient with just one tube of gel :) The less you use, the more pastel the colour will be. But we can assure you that you do not need to empty the tube to achieve a vibrant colour — a few drops are all it takes.
Caution: This gel is not suitable for colouring pure chocolate.
Application: Add a small amount of gel (to Fondant/almond paste, sponge mixture) and knead it to an even colour. Repeat the process until the desired colour is achieved.
Recommended usable dose: 3 g/kg.
