We have got just what you need: a plum-coloured natural colouring powder.
The advantage of this powder, in addition to its natural origin, is that it won't change the texture of your preparations.
Note that some colours, such as red and blue, may not hold up well in baking.

Ingredients: plum dye - anthocyanin E163, maltodextrin (sulphites).
Storage: protect from light and moisture after opening.
Directions for use:
- To preserve the color, cold use recommended (icing)
- If the powder is compacted, crush it with a spoon
- Incorporate directly into the preparation or dilute in a few drops of water
