The lucky clover cutter is ideal for both sweet and savory doughs. It can be used to cut out biscuits, cake, cupcake or muffin decorations with the pretty lucky clover motif with ease. The cutter measures 6.3 x 5.4 x 2 cm and is comfortable to hold when cutting. The work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter should be lightly dusted with flour before use. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm and cut out the motifs. Bake the cut-out biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. We recommend using cold butter to ensure a stable biscuit dough. If the dough is too sticky or too warm, leave it to rest in the fridge for a few minutes. After use, the cookie cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
