Here is a natural coloring powder which will be ideal for coloring your creams, icings, ice creams, etc.
The advantage of this powder, after its natural origin, is that it won't change the texture of your preparations.
Note that some colors such as red and blue have a little trouble to keep when cooking.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Colouring : regular caramel, Stabiliser: E414, Carrots extract, support: Triglycerides, Anti-agglomerating: E530, anti-caking agent: Citric acid, support: Maltodextrin, Colouring : Carmine, Maltodextrin, Antioxidants (E306, E300).
Contains: 1 jar of 10 g of nude color
Storage: Protect from light and moisture after opening
Directions for use:
- to preserve the color, cold use recommended (icing)
- If the powder is compacted, crush it with a spoon
- Incorporate directly into the preparation or dilute in a few drops of water.
