Marzipan - 5 Colours
The FunCakes marzipan is a silky-soft, elastic marzipan with an intense almond flavour. It is suitable both for covering cakes and cupcakes and for modelling edible decorations such as flowers, figures and festive details. This practical set contains 100 g each in the colours yellow, green, blue, red and black.
Properties & Processing
Very smooth and elastic: easy to roll out and shape. Recommended rolling thickness: approx. 3 mm. Dust the work surface lightly with icing sugar or Magic roll-out powder. Knead thoroughly before use until the marzipan is soft and pliable. Suitable for hobby bakers and semi-professional applications.
