Edible bee's wax - 80g

Would you like to make beautiful, glossy Canelés Bordelais? This is the most important ingredient: beeswax.

The canelés will come out effortlessly and the wax will give them a lovely, crispy honey flavour.

Application: Melt the beeswax in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

For a less intense honey flavour, melt in a 50:50 ratio with butter.
