Wooden ice cream sticks, 100 pieces. They make it easy to create small cakes, ice creams or sorbets and enjoy them without getting your hands dirty. With the wooden ice cream sticks, you can prepare refreshing galces, sorbets or cake pop cakes. How do you use them? Prepare an ice cream mixture or a small cake, fill the mold, insert the wooden ice cream sticks and freeze everything in the freezer for at least four hours. What are they suitable for? For frozen yoghurt, sorbet with fruit puree or a creamy ice cream. After freezing, you can dip the ice cream into the couverture melted at approx. 40 °C (without tempering) and sprinkle with almond or hazelnut brittle, cocoa nibs, almond slivers or crunchy pearls as desired. Then place the finished glazes on baking paper and chill again - ready for a delicious presentation.
