With the cookie cutter set glasses & lightning bolt, small (gold-coloured, stainless steel), you can create detailed biscuits and decorations from fondant or marzipan. The glasses measure 6 × 2.5 × 2.5 cm, the lightning bolt 3.5 × 1.5 × 2.5 cm. The set is made from rustproof, dishwasher-safe, food-safe stainless steel. The cutters are perfect for various doughs such as butter biscuits, but also for creative projects with modelling clay, salt dough, felt and for soap or candle moulding. Dust the work surface and the cutters lightly with flour before use, roll out the dough thinly and cut out the motifs. For softer biscuits, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm. Then bake the biscuits according to the recipe. The cutters can also be used for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. To do this, roll out the dough with a little baking starch, cut out the decorations and attach them to cakes, cupcakes or muffins using edible glue, ganache or buttercream. For stable dough, we recommend using cold butter. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as you notice that it is getting too sticky or too warm. After use, the set can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
